Situated amidst the scenic Wye, between Ashford and Canterbury, Active Camps proudly collaborates with Spring Grove School, offering a unique blend of activities. The school is nestled in a stunning 14-acre rural landscape, and boasts what can rightfully be considered one of Kent’s most picturesque schools. So, this makes it the perfect location for our activity camps in Ashford.
Ideal For
Our Active Camps are ideal for children between 4-14 who enjoy lots of variety and fun. In fact, no two days are the same! We tailor activities at our activity camps in Ashford to your children. We achieve this through our brilliant activity leaders, with engagement and enjoyment at the forefront of everything we do. As a result, each day will feature a range of sports, arts and crafts, team challenges, and wide span games. These include capture the flag, obstacle courses, group collages and much more!
Times & Price
£50 per day or £225 per week (Mon-Fri) – No extra fees to pay.
Sign In 08:15-09:15
Sign out 17:00-18:00
You can drop off or pick up outside of these times; we just ask you to let us know in advance.

Julia had a great time at Active Camps
Julia had a great time in the Active Camps. On the first day, she was a bit upset about going to the camp. Of course, she would prefer to stay at home with her little sister. But after the first day onwards she was very happy and always asking if she is going on the following day.

We absolutely love Active Camps
We absolutely love Active Camps. They are so welcoming and take time to get to know the children, hand overs usually come with a cheery story or funny occasion that happened during the day. Kids always come out with handfuls of crafts, baking or some other creation! They have a varied and interesting time table and are thoughtful in placing children in groups they think will be best suited. Safety and hygiene are taken really seriously and we have felt safe sending both our children during Covid.

Our girls LOVE Active Adventure camps! Logan, who runs the days is so calm, welcoming and reassuring. The range is activities is fantastic and they’re all incredibly engaging. And special mention to Frankie, who I hear a lot about - must be doing something right!

Excellent adventures!
I have two children who have attended Active Adventure camp this Easter. They have both thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities - my six year old son, in particular, comes home muddy, tired, smelling of campfire and (most importantly) very happy - he feels as though he is ten feet tall!

Active adventure camp was perfect for my 12 year old
My 12 year old daughter had a fantastic time at Active Adventure camps, both at Summerfields and Kingham. Activities were challenging and fun. She came home every day buzzing with chat about what they'd been doing and how much fun she'd had.

Oxford Active is excellent at Summerfields school. My children find the days are full of fun and pass quickly. Plenty of fresh air and outdoor exercise. They are put in bubbles with their friends and the staff so welcoming!

Easter at the Cambridge Active Camp
Our 5 year old had a wonderful time at the Cambridge Active Camp at The Leys during the Easter holidays. The camp is very well organised with a detailed timetable of the day's activities. The staff are very attentive and my daughter settled into the group immediately. She would come home with lots of crafts and drawings and was clearly well entertained during the day. I would recommend this camp to other parents.

Absolutely wonderful week had by all!
Our kids had a wonderful week at Adventure Camp. They were all smiles every afternoon when we picked them up (and exhausted). They loved the activities and even though it was super cold out they loved being outside. They staff are incredible, friendly and take wonderful care of the kids. I will 100% be sending my children back next holidays.
