Our newest host school, Sandroyd School, in  Salisbury, Wiltshire, is based in an idyllic rural location.

Set in over 500 acres of fields, woods, and parkland, the location is simply breathtaking. This provides an ideal environment for sports, outdoor learning, and the freedom for children to explore and develop in a safe, rural setting.

Due to its location and stunning facilities, there’s always time in the day for children to play and enjoy their surroundings – be it doing a sports challenge or adventuring in the playgrounds or the woods!

Active Camps provide high quality, Ofsted registered, school holiday multi-activity camps for 3-14-year-olds, all year round.

Operating for nearly 25 years, we have become a trusted school partner offering exceptional childcare in a safe environment; delivering engaging activities to help build self-confidence and nurturing young people into becoming the best version of themselves.

Children are divided into age-appropriate groups with ratios of staff starting from 1:8 for our early years (3-year-olds), 1:10 (4-5-year-olds), 1:15 for 6-7-year-olds, and up to 1:18 for our 8+-year-olds. We aim to keep these ratios as low as possible, as your children’s welfare is the single most important thing to us.

At the start of the day, our focus is to ensure children are made to feel welcome, and are encouraged to play some icebreaker games to help them feel safe and settle in well.

Each day will feature a different range of activities and children will get to participate in outdoor sports and games, plus indoor activities such as football, tag rugby, dodgeball, basketball, table tennis, creative arts, dancing and drama, and also team challenges to name a few!

Our wide-range of activities is tailored for the children by our brilliant Camp Managers and experienced Activity Leaders with engagement and fun being at the forefront of everything we do.

Children are always encouraged to get outside in all weathers, and are given the freedom to explore the amazing green spaces that the host school have to offer.

Led by our highly qualified staff including teachers and sports coaches, we can guarantee your child will be in the best hands with us.

Times & Price

Prices start from £48 per day or £225 per week (Mon-Fri) – No extra fees to pay.
