West Oxford After School Club

West Oxford After School Club runs every weekday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, offering a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children after school. Located at school, our club provides access to an outdoor playground and a spacious club room — making it the ideal place for children to relax and enjoy themselves at the end of the school day.

We offer flexible booking options to suit your schedule:

• Half session (3:00pm–4:30pm): £12.50

• Full session (3:00pm–6:00pm): £16.60

• Ad hoc bookings can be made on a weekly basis once the term has started, priced at £18.00 per session. Please note: the same price applies for both half and full sessions when booking ad hoc.

Children are provided with a variety of healthy snacks, including toast, sandwiches or wraps, crackers, breadsticks, and a wide selection of fresh fruit. Drinks such as juice and water are also available. Once they’ve eaten, children can enjoy the wide range of activities on offer each day.

We’re always finding new and exciting ways to keep our children happy, active, and inspired. Activities include:

• Arts & Crafts – papier mâché, painting and drawing, Hama beads, loom bands, and more

• Sports & Games – adventure playground, football, basketball, tennis, obstacle courses, and group games

• Free Play – den building, board games, role play, mud kitchen, LEGO, and much more

West Oxford Breakfast Club

West Oxford Breakfast Club runs every weekday morning from 7:30am to 8:45am, providing a calm and welcoming start to the school day. Located at school, our club offers a spacious and relaxed environment where children can enjoy a healthy breakfast, socialise with friends, and ease into their day.

• The cost per session is £7.50

• Ad hoc bookings can be made on a weekly basis once the term has started, priced at £10.00 per session

Children are offered a variety of nutritious breakfast items, including toast, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, and a choice of juice or water. We ensure every child starts the day well-fed, energised, and ready to learn.

After breakfast, children can enjoy a range of quiet and engaging activities designed to ease them gently into the school day. These include:

• Arts & Crafts – drawing, colouring, and simple creative projects

• Games & Puzzles – board games, construction toys, and logic puzzles

• Free Play – role play, reading corner, LEGO, and more
