Day at Camp

Dropping off your kids

Parents can sign children in any time from 8.15 – 9.30, Signing in is an ideal time for you to ask questions about the camp and pass on any information regarding your child/children also telling us any pick up arrangements that we need to be made aware of. Once signed in our Activity Instructors will introduce your child/children to their activity rooms where they have their free time. These are fully supervised, non-timetabled, fun activities to keep children active whilst everyone arrives.

Activities

Throughout the day your child/children will have the choice of many different types of activities such as arts & crafts, dance, drama, music, sports, Bouncy castles and off site trips. The activities may vary depending on the camp.

Break-times

Children have two breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon during which children can grab a drink which is provided by us and a snack from their lunchbox or some fruit. We also run a tuck shop at some of are camps where children can spend up to 30p on sweets or crisps.

Drinks

We provide squash during break-times and water is available throughout the day.

Lunch

Lunch is a place where children can eat and catch up with old and new friends, lunch is for 45Min’s. After that there’s another 20 minutes for them to go back to their fun rooms or the sports hall to run around, play games, or just chill out! Lunch and breaks are, of course, fully supervised at all times. children are required to provide a packed lunch and extra snacks for breaks.

Picking up your children

All children must be collected by 6.00 - our staff work very hard to ensure your children have a fantastic time until 6.00. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of £10 per 15 minutes for a late pick up.
