Day at Camp

Dropping off your kids

Parents can sign children in any time from 8.15 – 9.30, Signing in is an ideal time for you to ask questions about the camp and feel free to pass on any information regarding your child/children also telling us any pick up arrangements that we need to be made aware of. Once your child/children are signed in our Activity Instructors will introduce your child/children to their activity rooms where they have their free time. These are fully supervised, fun activities to keep children active whilst waiting for everyone to arrive.

Activities

Throughout the day your child/children will have the choice of many different types of activities such as arts & crafts, dance, drama, music, sports, and off site trips (please note offsite activities incur additional charges and may vary per camp)

Break-times

Children have breaks both in the morning and afternoon during which children can get a drink of squash and fruit and biscuits that are provided by us. We also run a tuck shop at Cherwell camp where children can spend up to 30p on sweets or crisps.

LUNCH

Lunch is a place where children whilst eating can catch up with old and new friends, lunch is for 45 mins. After that there’s another 20 minutes for them to go back to the fun room or sports hall to play games, or just chill out! Lunch and breaks are, of course, fully supervised at all times. children are required to provide a packed lunch, drink and extra snacks for breaks.

Picking up your children

All children must be collected by 6.00 - our staff work very hard to ensure your children have a fantastic time.
