Terms and Conditions of Using Active Camps & Active Adventure Camps

BOOKINGS

Cherwell & Chipping Norton Active Camp

• Payments must accompany all bookings; this can be by cheque, credit card, debit card or by childcare vouchers.
• The cut off for online bookings is 9am Friday for the following week, any bookings taken after this time via telephone will be a higher price (see price structure )
• All days or off site trips booked at camp must be paid for at the time with cash, cheque or credit/debit card – if you normally pay with childcare vouchers this can only be done when booking your places online
• All vouchers must be with Oxford Active by the first Monday after the last day of camp
• Trips are non-refundable

Holme Grange & Brigidine Active Camp

• Payments must accompany all bookings; this can be by cheque, credit card, debit card or by childcare vouchers.
• The cut off for online bookings is 9am Friday for the following week, any bookings taken after this time via telephone will be a higher price (see price structure )
• Any extra days (taken at camp) must be paid with cash or debit/credit card – if you normally pay with childcare vouchers this can only be done when booking your place online
• All vouchers must be with Oxford Active by the first Monday after the last day of camp

Blenheim Active Adventure Camp

• Payments must accompany all bookings; this can be by cheque, credit card or debit card
• The cut off for online bookings is 9am on the Friday before camp

CHANGES

If you need to make a change to your booking (within the same holiday season) this must be made in writing to Polly Daniels – Holiday Camp Bookings/Finance Administrator or emailed to pollydaniels@oxfordactive.co.uk at head office and the following applies:

• 14 days or more before the date you wish to change -  free of charge
• Less than 14 days before the date you wish to change- £10 admin fee per change

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel a booking this must be made in writing to Polly Daniels – Holiday Camp Bookings/Finance Administrator or emailed to pollydaniels@oxfordactive.co.uk at head office and the following applies:

• 14 days or more notice before the date you wish to cancel – full refund less a £10 administration charge
• Less than 14 days before the date you wish to cancel – with regret no refund (unless exceptional circumstances, which will be discretionary via the head office only)

FIRST AID

First aid will be administered to the children in our care if required and the emergency services called if necessary. Please ensure all medical conditions are noted on your registration forms and any medication handed into reception on arrival.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Please note that for promotional material we sometimes take photographs of the children taking part in an activity. If you wish your child not to be photographed please notify a member of staff on reception.

Our Facebook Guess The Celebrity Competition

Terms and conditions
1. No purchase necessary and entry into the free prize draw is free
2. To be entered into the draw, entrants must not say who the celebrity in the picture is but hit the “Share” button and share the image on their own Facebook page
3. The closing date for entry is 17th February 2012 and the winner will be notified by 20th February 2012 via Facebook.
4. The draw will take place at Oxford Active Ltd Upper Campsfield Barns Upper Campsfield Road Woodstock OX20 1QG
5. The judge’s decision is final.
6. All prizes must be claimed following notification on 20th January 2012. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, we will be entitled to dispose of the prizes as we see fit without any liability to the winner.
7. There is no cash alternative available.
8. The prize is not valid with any other offer or promotion.
9. The draw is only open to residents of the UK aged 13 years and over, except employees of Oxford Active.
