Oxford Active know that the key to running a holiday camps and clubs is employing the right quality of staff. Oxford Active staff are carefully selected to ensure  staff have a  perfect balance of skills, experience and qualifications – making sure that all the activities that we offer are delivered  in a fun, structured and safe manner!

All of the staff at Oxford Active that we have selected will be qualified in, or studying towards a career in education, coaching, childcare or leisure. Each member of staff brings their own types of skills and experience in everything that we offer from sports to drama and other activities.

Additionally here at Oxford Active we ensure our staff are:-

- Fully trained or working to a qualification

- CRB cleared

- Reference checked
