Oxford Active for the last 2 years have provided a bespoke consultancy and management package to Oxford United FC and in particuualr the Oxford United Community Scheme. Oxford Active has been very involved in the management of the Community scheme, which has seen Oxford United access more people, more schools, more places with regards football than ever before. We have also been able to access £120,000 for the club over the next 3 years to deliver a FREE Healthy Schools initiative.

Oxford Active for the last four years been running FREE Activity days in the City of Oxford for children who live in the Wood Farm area. We will have seen over 1,500 children on city council Schemes this year. We are very proud to be working with the City council, managing one of a number of successful schemes that are run in the city.

Oxford Active are the preferred supplier for childcare during the school holidays for all Oxford University Staff . Oxford Active has provided this service to University Staff since 1997. Each member of staff is entitled to discounts on Holiday Activities at Oxford Active and have reserved places available every Holiday.

Oxford Active has provided NHS staff with discounted childcare for Holiday camps and a free bus service to camp from the JRII. Oxford Active are the SOLE provider in Oxfordshire to deliver the MEND programme ( Energy Nutrition Do it!) on behalf of the Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust (PCT). Oxford Active Deliver MEND programme in Oxford and Banbury for referred and target children who may be overweight.www.nhs.uk

Oxford Active have again agreed to offer all Oxfam Staff Discounts on Holiday Camps, and will again be receiving info about all the latest offers to staff through the Human Resources Department. Oxford Active are very proud to be working with Oxfam again and will be looking at ways in which to help through fundraising in Oxfordshire this coming year.
